Our mission
Microdosing College exists for one reason: to make good, honest education about microdosing available to adults who make their own choices. There is a lot of noise online — overblown promises on one side, fear on the other. We try to be the calm voice in between: level-headed, evidence-based and always harm-reduction first.
We do not sell miracles and we do not promise cures. Microdosing is not a treatment. What we offer instead is clear context, honest trade-offs and the knowledge you need to decide whether this is for you — and, just as importantly, when it might be wiser to pause.
Who we are
Behind Microdosing College is a small editorial team: writers, editors and researchers who dig into the science, the practice and the harm reduction around microdosing. We deliberately avoid inflated titles or invented experts. We are not doctors and we do not present ourselves as doctors — we are careful editors who translate complex, sometimes conflicting information into readable, honest language.
Where our knowledge ends, we say so. Where the evidence is thin or preliminary, we tell you. And where a topic genuinely calls for a professional — a doctor, a therapist, a crisis line — we point you there.
How we research and source
We work from primary sources: peer-reviewed research, clinical literature and established harm-reduction organisations. Where we make a factual claim, we try to ground it and, where we can, to point back to the original source. We prefer cautious, measured language over confident promises, and we draw a clear line between what research suggests and what is anecdotal. You can read more about this in our editorial policy.
